Accurate Wire is a privately held company located in Branford, Connecticut USA and manufacturer of custom shaped wires commonly used in electronic connector applications. This acquisition reinforces Luvata's commitment to expanding its speciality wire product offering to customers worldwide.

Founded in 1988, the Branford facility currently employs 25 people and in 2015 generated $12M in sales revenue. Mitsubishi Corporation to Supply and ...

Mitsubishi Corporation (MC), together with J-Power Systems Corporation (JPS, 100% subsidiary of Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd.) and LTL Projects (Pvt.) Ltd. (LTL) of Sri Lanka, has been awarded a contract by the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) for the installation of underground transmission and distribution cables in the Greater Colombo region of Sri Lanka. MC and JPS will supply the underground transmission cables, while LTL will be in charge of supplying ancillary equipment and installation. The project, which receives some of its financing under a Japanese ODA loan, will cost approximately 7.5 billion yen and is scheduled for completion in May 2018.

nkt cables has been awarded the supply of material of overhead contact lines for electric trains to Banedanmark’s electrification programme. The contact lines are to be delivered from spring 2016.

nkt cables is supplying the cables to the Aarsleff-Siemens consortium, who is the main contractor on the project. nkt cables will supply the first 57 km of contact lines in the spring 2016 for the Esbjerg-Lunderskov line, which will allow for electric trains.
