Madem Gulf Bahrain Completes 2013 Customer Satisfaction Survey with 100% Good and Very Good Marks

In the second month of 2014 Madem Gulf Ind concluded a customer satisfaction survey with 45 Wire & Cable manufacturing customers in Middle East, Asia and African countries. Madem Gulf received 27(60%) responses polled in three categories: bad, good and very good, 100% of responses falling into good and very good categories. Madem Gulf polled the following services: claim response, quantities shipped X received, documentation, deliveries, quality inspections, performance, and packing.
