MADEM GULF IND BAHRAIN - Customer Survey results for 2015 - 100% 4th consecutive year !

Madem Gulf Ind concluded the 2015 customer satisfaction survey with 42 Wire & Cable manufacturing customers in Middle East, Asia and African countries.


Madem Gulf received 38(90%)responses polled in three categories: bad, good and very good, 100% of responses falling into good and very good categories. Madem Gulf polled the following services: claim response, quantities shipped X received, documentation, deliveries, quality inspections, performance, and packing.


“We are absolutely delighted to have achieved 100% customer satisfaction for a record 4th year running now which once again reinforces the depth of our deep rooted quality focused strategy and policy in the region which has also resulted in Madem Gulf adding more valued customers to its customer base in 2015. These results are a testament that Madem Gulf is headed on the right path and we are confident of scaling greater heights in the year 2016 especially with the implementation of the latest ISO standards ISO 9001:2015 and 14001:2015 which would only further strengthen and deepen the quality of our operation and products.” Said Adel Abdulla Mohammed Geneeral Manager


Achieving 100% customer satisfaction score by the 4th consecutive year demonstrates our commitment to provide excellence over our products and services to our customers .Also important to highlight that feedbacks have increase from 63% to 90%.” Said Cristian Outeiral – Operation Manager.
