PWM’s exensive range of manual cold welding machines will be on show at booth 403, presented by Joe Snee Associates, exclusive distributor for PWM in the US and Canada.

PWM’s largest manual machine, the M101, for welding copper wire 1.00mm to 3.60mm (.040" to .141") and aluminium 1.00mm to 5.00mm (.040" to .197") is also used to weld profiles and strips foramoring lines. The M101 is low maintenance, quick and easy to operate and can be used on a workbench or supplied with an optional cart.

The smaller BM30 model, for use on a workbench or cart, provides strong, reliable welds on nonferrous wire 0.30mm to 1.80mm (.011” to .071”) diameter.

PWM’s hand-held M10, M25 and M30 machines are comfortable to hold and simple to operate, using finger or hand pressure. Welding capacities range from 0.10mm to 1.80mm (.0039" to .071").

PWM also produces powered cold welders for bonding copper wire and rod from 0.30mm (.011”) up to  25mm (.984”) and aluminum to 30mm (1.181”).

Video demonstrations of all PWM’s cold welding machines can be viewed at www.pwmltd.co.uk.
