Professional Development Program


The Professional Development program consists of four Core (basic) courses and 3 Elective (advanced) courses.


The four Core basic training courses will be offered the morning of Monday, March 25, for those who are either new to the industry or want a basic overview on a topic.


Monday afternoon will have three Elective courses on more advanced topics of interest to those who want to gain deeper knowledge of a timely subject.


Attendance certificates will be given to students attending any of the courses. Over time, students completing the 4 Core courses, along with 2 Electives, will be presented with an IWCS Professional Development achievement plaque.


All of the Professional Development Courses will conclude prior to the opening of the IWCS Technical Symposium on Tuesday, March 26, allowing attendees to participate both in the Courses and each aspect of the Symposium.
